Whole White Peas Curry


2 Cups Whole white Peas soaked overnight

2 Tbsp Ghee

1Tsp Cumin seeds

1 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri chilli pwd

1/2 Tsp Spicy Red chilli pwd

1/2 Tsp Tumeric pwd

Fresh Coriander leaves to garnish

Salt as per taste


Heat Ghee in a Cooker, add all the above ingredients except the Coriander with just enough water to cook the peas and close the lid and cook on medium flame for 2 whistles and it is done. Wait for the Cooker to cool down.

Open the lid and garnish with Coriander and ready to serve.
