White Radish (Mullo Bhaji)


1 Big Bunch of White Radish

1 Tomato chopped

1 Onion chopped

3 Green Chillies chopped

4 Pods of Garlic chopped

2 Tbsp Oil

Salt as per taste


Wash the White Radish under cold water and chop fine

In a cooking utensil heat the Oil and fry the chopped Garlic on medium flame till the raw aroma of it goes. Make sure you don’t burn the Garlic.Now add the Onion, Tomato and Green Chillies and fry till the Onion goes soft.

Then add the chopped White Radish and Salt and mix well with the fried ingredients till it is cooked. Do not add any water as there is enough from the Radish.

Optional: You can also add Soaked Dal and Fresh grated Coconut to the dish as well.
