Mixed Vegetable Dish

Ingredients:

1/4 Cabbage

1/4 Cauliflower

1 Medium Onion

1 Medium Tomato

3 Green chillies

Handfull Long beans

Pinch of Tumeric pwd (Optional)

1/4 Tsp Black Pepper pwd

2 Tbsp Dried Fine Prawns (Galmo)

3 Tbsp Coconut or Vegetable Oil

Little Water as required

Salt as per taste

Method:

Chop all the vegetables and keep aside.In a cooking vessel heat the Oil and add the Onion and Tomato and fry till soft. Then goes in all the other vegetables along with the Tumeric,Pepper Dried prawns, Green chillies and Salt. Stir fry the lot for a minute.Now add 2 Tbsp of Water ,close the lid and cook on low flame for approx 5 mins or till the vegetables are done…Check for salt.. and its ready to serve

PN. This is a dry dish and we want the Vegetables to be on the crunchy side so add water accordingly…
