Macaroni Soup

INGREDIENTS:

4 Cups of Chicken stock

1 Medium Onion chopped fine

2 Medium Tomatoes chopped fine

1 Large Potato cut into fine cubes

1 Medium Carrot cut into fine cubes

1/4 Cup Green Peas

1Tbsp Oil

1/2 Cup Macaroni of your choice

1 Maggi cube (optional)

Salt as per taste

METHOD:

Parboil the macaroni with water and keep aside. In a cooking vessel heat oil and fry the onion and tomato till it goes soft. Add the potatoes, carrot and green peas and fry for 2 minutes. Now add the par boiled macaroni and the chicken stock and cook till all the vegies are done. At this stage if required add some of the the macaroni stock as per your consistency. Now add the maggie cube or salt as per your taste..

SERVE IN A BOWL
