Fried Pork Chops in Green Masala

Ingredients:

1/2 Kg Pork ribs

3 Tbs Green masala

2 Tbs Goan vinegar

2 Tbs Oil

Salt as per taste

Green Masala recipe:

To Grind:
1 Bunch Coriander
10 Green chillies
8 Cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Inch Cinnamon stick


8 Black cloves
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tsp Coriander seeds
1 Tsp Tumeric
pwd.

Method:

Marinate the Pork ribs with Vinegar, Salt and the Green masala for an hour. (Marinate overnight for better taste.)

Parboil the Pork ribs with little water

Fry in a Pan with  Oil on Medium flame till done and Brown a bit.

Serve with French fries and A Cold Beer

Pork ready to serve
