Ingredients:
1/2 kg Beef mince

1Tbsp Goan Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Chilly pwd
1/2 Tsp Tumeric pwd
1/4 Tsp Pepper pwd
1 1/2 Tbs Jeerem Meerem pwd
1 Tbsp Green masala

Salt as per taste
1 Onion chopped fine
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped fine

Oil for frying
2 Lrg Potatoes boiled and mashed
1 Egg beaten

Mixture of 5 Tbsp Breadcrumbs, 2Tbsp Rice flour, 1/2 Tsp Chilly pwd , 1/2 tsp Tumeric pwd,1/4 Tsp Pepper pwd

Jeerem Meerem Recipe:
100 gm Cummin seeds
100 gm Pepper corns
25gms Cloves
25 gms Cinammon sticks
50gms Tumeric pwd
Grind all to a fine powder .
Method:
Marinate the beef mince with the onion, coriander, green masala, Jeerem meerem pwd, vinegar and salt for 1/2 hour. Longer the better.

Make golf sizes balls of the mash Potato and flatten each ball with the palm of your hand to fill it with approx 1 1/2 Tbsp of the Mince

Cover up with the Mash potato to form the Chops. Dip each Chop in Beaten
Egg then roll them in Bread crumbsĀ as seen in the pic.

Heat enough Oil in a pan and shallow fry the Potato chops for 10 mins or till they turn golden brown on low flame on each side.

Once done place the Chops on Paper towel to drain the excess Oil and is ready to serve.

Secret to Crispy Golden Brown Chops:
Tumeric and Chilly powder helps with the Golden Brown colour
Rice flour helps the chops to get crispy
Frying on low flame helps with the perfect fry and allows the mince to cook well.
