Sweet And Spicy Pork Bones


1/2 Kg Pork bones

1 Onion chopped

5 Garlic cloves

1 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

2 Cups Water

Salt as per taste

For The Sauce:

4 Tbsp Butter

4 Tbsp Spicy Chilly Sauce

2 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp White Vinegar

1 Onion chopped

2 Tbsp Brown sugar

1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

1 Tbsp Bbq Sauce

1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp Soya Sauce

1 Tbsp Chilly Flakes

Salt as per taste

In a Frying pan heat the Butter

Add all the ingredients and simmer on low flame for 20 mins and your sauce is ready.


In a Pressure cooker add the Pork bones, Garlic cloves, Sliced Onion, Ground Pepper, Water and Salt as per taste and cook for to 3 to 4 whistles. Turn off the flame, cool down and drain the Pork.

(You can preserve the stock in the fridge to make a soup)

Pre heat the Oven to 300 degrees. Place the drained Pork bones in a baking tray and pour the sauce all over the Pork bones coating it well. Cover the tray with Silver foil and and bake for 30 to 40 minutes and its ready to serve.
