Green Masala

Ingredients:

6 Bunches of fresh Coriander

4 Pcs of fresh Ginger aprox 4″

2 Garlic pods

30 Green chillies

3 Tsp Tumeric pwd

1 1/2 Tsp Cinammon pwd

1 1/2 Tsp Cloves pwd

1 1/2 Tsp Pepper pwd

Goan coconut vinegar or Water as required for grinding.

Method:

Chop the fresh Coriander roughly

Peel the Ginger/Garlic and cut into pieces

Cut the Green chillies into small pieces

Add all the chopped ingredients along with the Spice powders and just enough Vinegar or Water to grind to a smooth paste.

Once done,preserve it in a jar and refrigerate.
