Drumsticks ( Muskache Sango) Vegetables




6 Drumsticks

1 Lrg Onion chopped

3 to 5 Green chillies slit

2 Tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut

1 Tspn Mustard seeds

Small pinch of tumeric pwd

2 Tbsn Oil

Salt as per taste

1/2 Cup of water


Wash the drumsticks and cut pcs as shown in the pic.( 7cm approx)


With a peeler or a knife peel off the rough edges of the drumsticks as in the pic


In a frying pan heat the oil and add the Mustard seeds and fry till they start to pop.Now add the chopped Onion, Green chillies and fry till the Onions go soft.


Add the Drumsticks ,tumeric pwd, Desiccated coconut, salt and 1/2 Cup of water and cook till the Drumsticks are soft.
