Fried Pork Chops in Green Masala



1/2 Kg Pork ribs

2 Tbsp Goan vinegar
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Oil

To Grind:
1 Bunch Coriander
10 Green chillies
8 Cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Inch Cinnamon stick
8 Black cloves
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tsp Coriander seeds
1 Tsp Tumeric pwd.


Grind the above with little Water to a fine paste.
Marinate the Pork ribs with Vinegar,Salt and the Ground paste for an hour. (Marinate overnight for better taste.)

Parboil the Pork ribs with little water

Serve with French fries and A Cold Beer
