Recipe:

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3 cups

1 1/2 Tsp Dry Yeast
2 Tbsp Sugar
Salt as per taste
Warm Milk – 1 1/2 cups or as needed
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Oil

Method:
Take Yeast and Sugar in a bowl. Pour little Warm Milk and mix well. Keep aside for 5 mins so the Yeast can act.

Take Flour, Salt, Butter in a bowl and mix the Butter into the Flour.

Add the Yeast mix  and knead to a soft dough..
Knead the dough for 5 mins.

Apply some Oil over the dough and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave to rise for 2 hours.

20190222_173650Now knead the dough again to remove out the air. Divide it into equal portions.

20190222_222054In the meantime preheat the oven with the empty tray at 250 Degrees Celcius for an hour.
Roll all the portions  into a smooth ball.
Place it on a baking paper. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

After one hour of heating the tray place the balls in the tray and bake for 20 mins at 250 Degrees Celcius. Now open the oven and spray the bread with Water and bake for another 15 mins to make it Kadak

Remove and brush the top with some melted butter (Optional)
Serve warm.
