Spinach(Palak) Bhaji

Recipe:

4 Bunches of Spinach washed and cut fine
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
3 Green chillies slit
1/4 Cup of  Red Masoor Dal split soaked in hot water
1/2 Tsp Turmeric pwd
1 Tsp Chilli pwd
1 Tsp Ginger/Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste

Method:

In a Frying pan heat Oil and add the Onion, Tomato, Green chilies, Ginger/ Garlic paste, Turmeric and Chili pwd and Salt and saute till the Onion and Tomato go soft. Now add the Dal and saute for some time. Finally add the chopped Spinach and stir fry for a bit and take off the flame and it’s done.
