Pork in Green Masala (Caril Verde De Porco)

1/2 Kg Pork meat with bones

To Grind:
1 Onion chopped
5 Green chillies
1 Bunch fresh Coriander
1 Tblsp Ginger /Garlic paste
2 Tblsp Freshly grated coconut
Grind all the above to fine paste.
Marinate the Pork with the Ground paste, 2 Tbls Goan vinegar,1/2 Tsp Jeerem Meerem pwd,1/2 Tsp garam masala pwd and Salt as per taste.

Recipe for Jeere Meerem Pwd
100 gms Jeera
100 gms Pepper corns
25 gms Cloves
25 gms Cinammon
50 gms Tumeric
Grind all to a fine powder n store it into an airtight container…

In a Cooker heat Oil and
add the marinated Pork and brown on all sides.Add enough water just to cover the Pork and cook for 3 whistles on medium heat.
Open the cooker and check for Salt and Vinegar and it’s done.
