Pork Chilly Fry

Recipe:
1/2 Kg Diced Pork with fat
2 Tbs Green masala
Salt as per taste
Marinate the Pork with the above and pressure cook with little Water for two whistles and keep aside.
Other Ingredients:
1 lrg Onion sliced thin
1 lrg Tomato cut into pieces
4 Green chilies slit
4 Red dry Kashmiri chillies
1 Tsp Jeerem meerem pwd
1 Tsp Cracked Pepper
1 Tbsp Goan Vinegar
1 Sml Potato cut into cubes and deep fried
Fresh Coriander to garnish.

Method:
In a frying pan add little Oil and fry the boiled Pork without its juices for 3 mins. Add the Onion, Tomato and Chillies and fry for another 3 mins. Now add the Jeerem Meerem pwd, Pepper and Vinegar and fry for another minute and turn off the flame. Add the deep fried Potatoes to it and garnish with Coriander and its done.

Recipe for green masala:
1 Tbsp Ginger/ Garlic paste
5 Green chillies
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tsp Tumeric pwd
1/2 Tsp Pepper pwd
1/4 Tsp Cloves pwd
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon pwd
1 Bunch Coriander leaves.
Grind the above with little water to form the Green masala paste.

Jeerem Meerem masala:
100 gms Cumin seeds
100 gms Pepper corns
25 gms Cloves
25 Cinnamon stick
50 gms Tumeric pwd
Grind all to a Fine pwd and store in an Air tight container.
