Karelas (Bitter Gourd)

Recipe:
2 Karelas halved remove seeds and slice it fine into semi circles, fry in Oil till brown and crispy. Drain.
Ingredients:
2 Mediun Onions finely chopped
2 Tomatoes finely chopped
5 Green Chillies chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
1Tsp Turmeric powder
1Tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2Tsp Sugar or a piece of Jaggery
1 Sprig Curry leaves

Method:
1 Tbsp small dried Shrimps (Optional).
In the same Oil add chopped Garlic n all the Ingredients n fry well. Now add the Spices n the Karelas,cook on low flame for 5mins… Add Sugar and it’s done.
