Muskachi Bhaji (Drumstick leaves)

1 Bunch (150gms) Drumstick leaves
1 Onion cut fine
4 Green chillies cut fine
3 Dried red chillies
2 Tbsp Pork fat cut fine.(I used Bacon.)
2 Tbsp Grated Coconut
Pinch of grated Jaggery
Few Jackfruit seeds (I used peanuts)
1Tbsp oil
Salt to taste.
1 Tomato (optional)
Ginger/garlic paste (optional)
In a cooking utensil, add Oil and saute the Inion, Chillies,Pork fat, till Onion is translucent.Add the Drumstick leaves,coconut, jackfruit seeds,Jaggery,Walt and little Water and cook till the leaves are tender…Make sure the Jackfruit seeds are cooked.
