Sml bunch of Methi leaves chopped
1 Sml Potato diced into sml cubes1 Sml Onion chopped fine
1 Sml Tomato chopped fine
6 Sml Green chilies cut fine
6 Black Pepper corns crushed
1 Pod of Garlic chopped fine
1/4 Tsp Tumeric per
1 Tbs Oil
Pinch of Sugar
Salt as per taste.
In a frying pan, heat the Oil and fry the Potatoes till crispy golden brown and keep aside.
In the same oil, fry all the remaining Ingredients except the Methi leaves till translucent.
Add the Crispy Potatoes and stir fry for half a minute. Now add the Methi leaves and mix well with a quick stir and take off the flame.
Serve hot with Rice.😊
