Ladyfingers (Bhende) Caldeen

100 Gms Ladyfingers cut into 1inch pcs
Juice of 1 Coconut or 1 Can of Coconut milk
1 Tsp Tumeric pwd
2 Tsp Coriander pwd
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
3 Green Chillies cut fine
1/2 inch pc Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves
5 Black pepper corns
50 Gms small Prawns
2 Tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Add Tumeric and Coriander pwd to Voconut juice/milk and keep aside.
Heat oil in a cooking utensil and saute the Onion, Tomato and Green chillies,Cinnamon, Pepper and Cloves for a minute.
Add the Coconut juice/milk and bring to a boil. Add the Ladyfingers, Prawns and Salt and cook till done.
Serve with Steamed Rice.
