Beef Roast


1/2 Kg Beef (undercut)

10 Flakes of Garlic

1 Inch of Ginger pc,

2 Green chilies

1 Red chilly

Sml ball of tamarind

4 Cloves

1 Tsp of Cinnamon pwd

1Tsp Turmeric pwd

1 Tsp Cummin seeds

2 Tbsp Goan Vinegar

Grind the above ingredients  to a fine paste.

Clean the Meat and apply Salt,Ground paste and prick it with knife and keep aside for 3 to 4 hours. Take a Pan and heat Oil and fry the Beef till brown.Then add Dry chillies 2, one piece of Cinanamon stick and 3 to 4 Cloves add sufficient Water and cook in Pressure cooker for 2 whistles or 10mins, till Beef is tender.(Beef should not be too soft) .Let it cool down and then cut the Beef into thick slices and keep into the same gravy (gravy should be little).Serve with Fried Potatoes or Salad.
