Pork Solantulem

 

Recipe:

1/2 Kg Pork cut into cubes

6 Dry red Kashmiri chillies

4 Green chillies slit

8 to 10 Kokum pics

4 Cloves of Garlic

Tamarind marble size

3 Lrg Onions sliced

Salt to taste.

Method:

Soak tamarind in water(a ball of tamarind ,size of an goan egg).Cut 1/2 kg pork into cubes, apply salt.Then add the tamarind water squeezed at least three times.Add 6 dry red chillies if it is kasmiri .then add one handful of bindasolam(kokum).U can add 4 cloves of garlic crushed.Add little water to cook.As the pork is almost cooked add 3 big onions cut vertically.Cook little while and the pork is done
