Pork Ard Mass


1Kg Pork bones

2 Tbsp Red Kasmiri chilly pwd

1 Tsp Tumeric per

1 Tsp Cumin pwd

Marble size tamarind

Salt as per taste.

Grind the above with little Water to a fine paste and marinate the pork with it and keep aside.

Other ingredients:

1 Med Onion chopped fine
10 Garlic pods crushed
10 Kokum pcs
5 Dried Red Kashmiri chillies

In a Pressure cooker heat 2 Tbs Oil and saute the Onions,Garlic till soft then add the marinated Pork, Kokum and Red chillies and little Water just enough to cook the Pork. Cover and cook for 3 whistles or till the Pork is soft.
Check for salt and ,add a pinch of sugar (optional) and cook a bit more if required, making sure both the Meat bones are cooked.
Serve with Steamed rice or Bread.
