Green Chutney Sandwiches

Recipe:
1 Freshly scraped Coconut
1 Bunch of Fresh Coriander
5 Green Chillies adjust for spiciness
1tsp Jeera/Cummin seeds
10 Pepper Corn
5 Cloves Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
1 Small marble Tamarind
1 Lime juice
1Tsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Method:

Grind all the above ingredients using very little Water to make a paste…keep tasting in between n adjust the seasoning.
