1/2 kg thick Pork chops
Slit the Chops in the middle to form a sandwich.
Marinate the Chops with Lime, crushed Pepper and Salt.
Green Masala :
1 tbsn Ginger/ garlic paste
5 Green chilies
1 Tspn Cumin seeds
1 Tspn Tumeric pwd
1/2 Tspn Cloves pwd
1/4 Tspn Cinnamon pwd
1 Bunch Coriander leaves.
Grind the above with little Water to a thick paste.
Now further marinate the Chops with the Green masala and keep aside.
1lrg Onion thinly sliced in circles
1 lrg Tomato sliced thin
1 Medium Potato thinly sliced
Fry the above in a pan and stuff the Marinated chops with one slice of each.
Place the Pork chops in the same frying pan and fry for 7 mins on each side and its done.
Serve with Chips and salad.
