Crab Masala

6 Mud crabs or Blue swimmers crabs
1 tspn Tumeric pwd
Salt to taste
Marinate the crabs with the above.
To Grind:
2 Lrg Onions
2 Lrg Tomatoes
2 Sprigs Curry leaves
4 Green Chillies
1 1/2 Tblsp Ginger/Garlic paste
1 Coriander stem finely chopped
Fry the above in oil and grind to fine paste.
Other Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tspn Tumeric pwd
2 Tspn Kasmiri red chilli pwd
1 Tspn Garam Masala
In a Cooking utensil heat Oil and add the Ground paste along with the Other ingredients.
Add the Crabs and mix well.Now add very little Water and cook the Crabs on a low flame covered with the lid till the Crabs are cooked.
Garnish with Coriander.
