12 Beef steak pcs thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Goan vinegar
1 Tsp Tumeric pwd
1 Tsp Kashmiri chilli pwd
1 Tsp Spicy red chilli pwd
2 Tsp jeere Meerem pwd
1/4 Tsp Cloves, Cinammon , Pepper pwd
1Tsp Cumin pwd,
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Cup fresh Coriander
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
2 Tbsp Oil
12 Pcs of finely sliced Carrot and Potatoes
2 Goan raw sausages meat or bacon or Cocktail sausages.
Grind the Ginger/garlic,Green chillies and Coriander to a fine paste.Marinate the beef with Salt, Vinegar,Ground paste and all the Spice pwds.
Take 1 slice of the Beef steak and fill it with 1 each pc of Carrot, Potato and little Sausage meat
and roll the meat securing it with cooking string or a toothpick. Repeat this for all the other Steak slices.
In a Pressure cooker saute the Onion and Tomato with oil till translucent.
Add the Beef rolls to it and little water
and cook for 15 mins or 1 whistle or till meat is tender.
Serve with Rice or Bread.
